Hello wild ones! Today my baby brother turned 21. Twenty-freaking-one. Ugh, that makes me feel super old.

I’ve had kind of a long day at this point. I was up until 4 am doing my mom’s hair and luckily once we were done she convinced me to take a nap or I’d probably be dead right now. I slept for a few hours and then woke up to throw curlers in my hair.

Photo from snap chat, like I’ve said before if you not already following me you should be… @crazydame90

The whole curler thing didn’t really pan out…I got a few cute pics

and then they kind of petered out, so I ended up with a cute braided side bun thing.

We went to San Marcos to take Bub to lunch, spent over an hour just waiting for the damn boy to get ready and then took him to do a little bit of shopping and now I’m home…I’ve been up for nearly 12 hours now, after only have 3 hours of sleep, so I’m starting to feel my body rebel. It’s not used to being up all dang day. I’m getting ready to crash for a bit and I was worried I might not wake up before midnight, though I’m sure I will, I wanted to make sure I got my post out in time.

I hope this week treats you well. I’m gonna go curl up with my pillow and sleeeeeeeeeeep. Night kids!

Until later, stay wonderfully wild!

New Planner…New Plan

Hello wild ones! It’s Friday and for the first time in a couple of weeks I’m actually going to get a post up…yay me. Gosh I suck sometimes.

Alright, so I mentioned the other day that I was working on getting a new planner set up, which seemed super ridiculous to me because I was barely using my damn planner as it was. I would set the damn thing, but once it was set up and filled in it’s not like I was consulting it everyday to make sure I stayed on task. Which is kind of the entire freaking point of having the dang thing. Soooooo, in order to help myself achieve planner peace I knew I needed to make a change.

There was nothing wrong with the one I had, it was fine for what it was, but in order to use it the way I needed to I had to make changes to the weekly layout. If you have to alter your weekly layout every single week just to get use out of it something is wrong, in my opinion anyway. I know there are people out there who cover their planners with stickers and cute stuff, which makes me super jealous, but I can’t work like that. I like things simple, clean, and streamlined, which is why I needed to change.

After watching a shit ton of videos it became apparent that what I needed was a bullet journal system. It’s totally customizable. The entire thing has to be set up by me, so I get to design every single page. It was kind of a lot of work, but once I sketched out what I wanted it was easy to to go back and finalize everything. Now I have a planner that has everything I need and nothing I don’t, which kind of already has made me use it more. It’s also made me think harder about what is important to keep track of, I had to really think about how to use each page in the most efficient way. The entire process was kind of therapeutic.

Here are some pictures of my completed planner. If you’d like a more in depth look into how I planned out each page let me know and I’ll come up with a post for that.

I think coming up with this new system really made me look at my life and realize that I over complicate more things than just my planner. I tend to make my life much harder than it has to be, so with the new system I’m trying to make myself remember that simple is better. Simple. I need things to be simple, so I’m making an conscious effort to make everything more simple.

It’s no secret that I struggle with my place in life, I’ve talked about it until I was blue in the face and I’m sure you’ve read about it a crap ton up to this point. I’m slowly trying to figure out what I want out of life and once I do that I can figure out how to go about getting those things. Right now that means keeping to my blog schedule because when I miss days or deviate from the plan it causes me anxiety and then I start getting really rough on myself. In order for that to stop I need to stick with my dang blog plans.

So I’ve got this new system in place. I’m going to use it. I’m going to love it. I’m going to find planner peace and shortly after (hopefully) peace in life. Okay…that may be going a bit far, but hopefully once I get my life organized everything else will follow suit.

Alright kids, I think I’ve prattled on long enough about the new planner system and my hopes  that world life domination will follow. While you’re enjoying your weekend, go follow me on Instagram to keep up with my weekend plans. Maybe head over to Goodreads to see what I’m going to be reading tonight while I’m pretending to work. And of course if you have snapchat you could go find me @crazydame90. I hope you have a great and safe weekend!

Until later, stay wonderfully wild!

Soooo Good it Should be Illegal

Hello wild ones! I hope this week is treating you well thus far. This week on Hump Day Book Review we are going to be talking about Illegal Contact by Santino Hassell, please be warned that I wrote the following review straight after reading it, so I was still on a book high. I might still be on a bit of a high from this one, anyway, I hope you enjoy!

Illegal Contact (The Barons) by [Hassell, Santino]

OH MY FUCKING GOD!!! Guys, I loved this damn book. LOVE!! LOVE!! LOVE!!! It blew the damn Hump Day Review rating system clean out of the water!

I’m on a serious book high right now. This review is actually being written 8/18/2017 @ 1:10 am, I know I didn’t even tell you I was going to read this book until last week, but when I realized that it had been released I just could not resist purchasin it. Didn’t even read the sample like I usually do before making a purchase these days. I snapped that bitch right up and then spent the next few hours devouring the shit out the book. No joke. I’m so happy right now I’m grinning like an idiot and I can’t keep these little laughs from escaping as I try to organize my thoughts into something other than fangirl screaming.

Give me a moment. Maybe a few more moments to let it all sink in before I continue.

Okay, I think I’m composed enough to give you something more than just exclamation marks and nonsense that only makes sense if you’re screaming while crying.

This book hits all my buttons.

Hot, pissed off, growly, football player with a chip on his shoulder? Check

Nerdy, Clark Kent look-a-like, who has no problem being a snarky ass bitch? Check

Sex so hot my tablet nearly caught fire? Check

Dirty talk that made my toes curl? Check

Super hot tension that had me biting my lip waiting for the dam to break? Check

Sarcasm out the wazoo? Check

Main characters not afraid to call each other out on their bullshit? Check

Amusing supporting characters? Check

Men with hearts of gold? Check

God, I could seriously just go on, and on, and on, and on, and on about how amazing this book it, but I really just want to scream in people’s faces that they should read it for themselves because it’s just that fantastic.

However, you didn’t come here for me to just fan girl cry and then throw the book at your face for you to read. So, I’ll give you the run down all while trying to wonder if my face is going to be sore tomorrow from all this damn smiling.

Gavin Brawley (fitting last name), is a professional foot ball player who was recently placed under house arrest, but not for the normal douche baggy stuff that professional players get caught doing. This guy, unbeknownst to most, chased a guy down who had taken a video of his friend in a compromising position and was threatening to expose him. Gavin is not one to stand for people fucking with his family, so after catching up with the frat boy asshole, he proceeds to get into a little scuffle resulting in him being punished by a 6 month sentence that leaves him unable to finish the season with his team or leave his home.

Noah Monroe is just a normal guy trying to find a way to make a difference in the world and floundering just a bit. After a debacle at his internship involving finding out his director, and the man he happens to be sleeping with, taking advantage of one of the kids in the program and turning him in only to be painted as just a jilted lover trying to tarnish a good man’s name, he’s left with no viable job prospects, mounting debt, and a more cynical outlook on life.

The two are thrown together because Gavin is in desperate need of a personal assistant, much to his chagrin, and Noah is desperate for any job that means he can start digging himself out of debt and help his father at the same time. However, our two main characters don’t exactly meet and fall into any kind of insta-love, it’s more a mutual distaste with an underlying attraction. Despite getting off on the wrong foot, where Noah insults the only thing Gavin cares about (football) Noah ends up working for Gavin in his glacial mansion.

These two together were pure, made me grin, laugh, and shake my head in mirth magic. They are both so damn sarcastic, sharp, and cutting it’s just wonderful. Quickly there’s this mutual respect from both for the other’s ability to call out their bullshit and that kind of transforms into a friendship, while that may be stretching it a bit far, I’m still gonna call it that.

Of course things take a little turn down naughty street when Noah discovers that Gavin is bi-sexual and that maybe, just maybe all the dirty fantasies he’s been having could possibly come true. That fantasy becomes a closer reality when Gavin kisses him for the first time and then the two later make out like horny teenagers before Noah pumps the breaks.

This book is low angst, especially when compared to some of the other shit shows I’ve read. Noah has a serious hang up about being attracted to his boss yet again, which causes him to try and keep his distance from Gavin and have things remain professional…yea that doesn’t last long. These two were just made for  each other, some serious soul mate bull shit.

Finally, FINALLY, the two realize that they can’t keep their hands to themselves and get down the nitty gritty stuff that makes me swoon over Santino Hassell’s books. The sex is always so raw and real feeling. In the case of Noah and Gavin, there’s all these underlying strong feelings on both sides. Both are falling in love and neither want to be falling in love when they’re not sure there’s even a future.

Which is where the angst comes in. A wake up call from Gavin’s manager, Joe, makes the duo realize that while they may feel very strongly about each other, there’s no real future from them where Gavin gets to keep playing football, the one thing that he says saved him. Because the world is a fucked up homophobic asshole. Coming out could damage Gavin’s career so badly that he’d never play football again and Noah is unwilling to have Gavin resent him for taking away the one thing he lives for, so the two part ways.

I think it was the most amicable and heartbreaking break up I’ve experienced to date. I felt my heart crack open when Noah set the alarm for the last time as he leaves Gavin’s home. There may have been some tears.

Despite the fact that this book ripped my heart out, showed it to me, and then threw it on the floor we get a happy ending that of course prompted this endorphin fueled review.

Our men are miserable without each other and when a past hook up of Gavin’s comes forward to out him to a tabloid along with the same frat fuckboy from the beginning Gavin realizes that Noah is far more important to him that football. Having the prospect of his career being taken away because of some asshole instead of because of the man he loves shows him that he can live without football, but he can’t live without Noah. So, he does what any sane person would do…he outs himself to the only reporter that has ever written a piece on him that wasn’t full of trash.

The story breaks while Noah and Gavin are tangled up in bed together, making up for lost time, and it’s not until the following morning when Noah reads the article, a linked tweet of Gavin’s team mate also coming out, and a supportive text from Joe that he sees that Gavin may get to keep him as well as football.

I will say that I could have used a damn epilogue. That’s my only complaint. I want a fucking epilogue. I want more of Noah and Gavin!!! I’m assuming we are left without one because there’s another book about Simeon coming out that will address the fallout from them both coming out. At least I fucking hope that’t the case or I may start raging.

Favorite part:

“You’re really going to drop the L word in between profanity and jokes?”

“Baby, I dropped it earlier and you didn’t even react, besides, you cursed a paparazzo to hell for wandering down the wrong part of the beach one time. I’m pretty sure I knew I loved you right then and there.”

“You had a funny way of showing it…You know I feel the same way, right?”

“Wrong. I wanna hear. In detail. In fact, I want a sonnet.”

“Screw your sonnet. You get words. I love your mean ass.”

UGH!!! Perfection.  I think I’m gonna read this one again like once a week until the next one comes out which is in FUCKING JANUARY!!!! Whhhhhyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

I think it goes without saying that I’m giving this one the full 5 Hump Day Book Review stars. If I had more stars to give out this book would get them all.

Alright, now that I’m done this is what we’re gonna read next, (while not so patiently waiting for Santino Hassell to release Down by Contact, Simeon’s story), is Friendly Fire by Cari Z.

Friendly Fire

Elliot McKenzie is the king of reinvention. Five years after losing his job and his lover and almost going to prison, his self-help program, Charmed Life, is more successful than he’d ever dreamed. He thinks he’s put his sordid past firmly behind him, until he starts receiving cryptic threats . . . and realizes it might not be as over as he’d hoped.

Security expert Lennox West has been lost since a deadly skirmish in Afghanistan led to his forced retirement from the Army. His PTSD makes helping his ex raise their daughter a challenge. When his ex’s sister asks him to set her boss up with a security system, Lennox isn’t expecting anyone like Elliot McKenzie—a man who captures his attention and makes him feel relaxed for the first time since leaving the service.

But Elliott is dangerously stubborn. Even as the threats against him escalate, he refuses to involve the police, and Lennox fears that stubbornness could kill him. A battle of wills ensues that brings them closer to each other than either man expected. But if the threats turn real, they might not live long enough to get their future together.

I’m still planning on talking about the new planner system Friday, but we’ll also touch a little more on why I’ve been absent lately. If you’ve got any suggestions, questions, or just wanna yell at me for being the most inconsistent blogger please feel free to leave a comment below.

Gross Misuse

Hello wild ones! Sooooo, I’ve been a neglectful biatch lately. I’ve gotten way bad at keeping my blog schedule and it’s getting me down.

I’m in a slump again where it kind of feels like nothing matters. I know it’ll pass and I just gotta push through, so I’m trying to get back on track.

I know it seems silly, but part of that is I changed my hair. Something so tiny can just make me feel better, so this morning I dyed the ends of my hair dark blue. Made me feel like a mew woman. Tonight I’m hanging out with mom and maybe I’ll do a facial to pamper myself a bit.

There’s nothing really going on this week. I’m still working on getting my new planner (yes new because I’m a crazy person) system, but it should be ready to show/talk about on Friday.

The only goal I’ve got for this week is just to get back to my state of normal and to actually post on the 3 days I’m supposed to.

So I’m gonna go now, but I’ll be back to post on Wednesday for another Hump Day Book Review. Night kids!

Until later, stay wonderfully wild!

Hey Bartender

Hello wild ones and welcome to another Hump Day Book Review. This week we’re reviewing Trust with a Chaser by Annabeth Albert.

Trust with a Chaser (Rainbow Cove, #1)

I’m an Annabeth fan, so when I saw this new release I had to jump on it, I devoured this bad boy in just a couple of hours and loved every moment. Girlfriend knows what she’s doing.

You guys know I am a sucker for the gruff man with a gooey center and Nash Flint fits the bill perfectly. He’s the sheriff of the small town Rainbow Cove and a man nearing forty who has been living his with the closet door firmly closed, locked, and a key hidden away. That is of course, until Mason Hanks blows back into town with his fancy new pub, good looks, need for approval, and warm smile.

Mason Hanks has a troubled family, riddled with criminals and men convinced that the law is out to get them, but Mason knows the truth, no one is out to get the Hanks men, they just can’t keep themselves out of trouble. However rational thought flees the first time Sheriff  Flint comes into his little pub. He comes out of the kitchen to let the gruff, buff, and insanely hot Sheriff that all his permits are in order and no one is looking for trouble. Nash is just looking for lunch, not to start trouble with the youngest Hanks, though trouble finds him just the same. Mason is trouble and not the usual kind, he’s far to tempting for the man who’s been living his life in the closet for nearly forty years.

Both men know they should stay away, but are powerless to stick to their vow to leave the other alone. What ensues is pages and pages of wonderfully written tension, stolen glances, hot alley kisses, and longing.

I wish I could tell you that this one is angst/drama free, but its not. Nash is firmly in the closet and has no plans to come out anytime soon, so he and Mason share late night cooking lessons that devolve quickly into hot sex on any available surface. But hot sex aside, their tryts leave Mason wanting more than early set alarms, so they can sneak back to their respective homes without nosy neighbors becoming aware of what’s going on. He wants a real relationship with the smoking sheriff and the fact that he may never get it becomes more apparent when they take a little trip to the city together and Mason has to literally hide from Nash’s mother.

Ugh, guys, that part made me so freaking sad. I hate, hate, hate the shit these books make me face sometimes. Seriously, it pisses me off that the world is so damn unfair to those who are different. Anyway, things only get worse when Mason’s brother is arrested and his niece is taken into custody by child services and Nash can’t help Mason. His hands are tied by his job, but to Mason is just feels like the world is coming down around his ears and his partner, the man he loves, doesn’t give a shit enough to help.

An argument breaks the two apart because Mason can’t understand why Nash won’t forsake his scruples to help in a terrible situation. Mason goes on to fight to get his niece and Nash tries to figure out what he is supposed to do when the man his job comes between him and the man he loves.

In a surprising show of support, well not that surprising actually, but ya get me, Nash comes to the custody hearing along with Mason’s other friends. Love conquers all people.

This book was delicious, unlike last week’s hot mess, this book had just the right amount of titillating anticipation and back and forth between our main characters. We’re gonna give this one 4 Hump Day Stars. It was just what I needed after last week’s disaster.

Okay, on to the next one!!!! Guys, GUYS!!! Illegal Contact by Santino Hassell came out!! It’s going to be next week’s Hump Day Book Review because I have been waiting for this one for what seems likes ages!

Illegal Contact (The Barons, #1)

The rules of the game don’t apply off the field in this first Barons novel.

New York Barons tight end Gavin Brawley is suspended from the team and on house arrest after a video of him brawling goes viral. Gavin already has a reputation as a jerk with a temper on and off the field—which doesn’t help him once he finds himself on the wrong side of the law. And while he’s been successful professionally, he’s never been lucky when it comes to love.

Noah Monroe is a recent college grad looking for a job—any job—to pay off his mounting student debt. Working as Gavin’s personal assistant/babysitter seems like easy money. But Noah isn’t prepared for the electrifying tension between him and the football player. He’s not sure if he’d rather argue with Gavin or tackle him to the floor. But both men know the score, and neither is sure what will happen once Gavin’s timeout is over…

I’m so excited about this one! Alright kids, I got some other stuff to get done, but we are going to address the fact that I suck big donkey balls on Friday, be assured. For now be content with the fact that I am beating myself up over the fact that I can’t seem to get my damn posts out on time.

If you haven’t already, go follow me on Instagram to check out the shit I’m up to this week. Check out my Goodreads profile to see what else I’m reading. And if you have snapchat add me to see the crazy stuff I use those filters for. Night kids!

Until later, stay wonderfully wild!

Cheesy Ass Lines

Hello wild ones and welcome to yet another Hump Day Book Review. I hope your week is going well thus far. Mine hasn’t been great, but that’s mostly because I’m at work and my job is super stressful, but enough of that, let’s get to the cheese fest!

Changing Lines (Harrisburg Railers Hockey Book 1) by [Scott, RJ, Locey, V.L.]

I’m not kidding, this book is kind of an over the top cheesy, mushy mess, and not in the good way. I had such high hopes for this book! I mean, hot, sweaty, sexy ass hockey players gettin their man lovin on, doesn’t that sound like the greatest thing ever? It did to me, so I purchased the book after reading the sample pages and immediately regretted that decision.

First, let’s meet our 2 hot hockey players (well one isn’t really a player anymore, he’s a coach, but it counts in my book). Tennant Rowe, a young and up and coming player who’s just been picked up by a little starter team that neither of his hockey playing brothers approve of. Young Tennant is just searching for his place in the world of hockey, and living his life in the closet. Jared Madsen is a coach for said little starter team and an old family friend, old being the operative word here, he’s the same age as Tennant’s eldest brother, Brady, a fact that Mads has a hard time getting over. Unlike Tennant, Mads is kind of out, in the way that everyone knows he’s bisexual, what they don’t know is as soon as these 2 see each other again sparks fly.

It’s obviously insta-lust for the both of them, but we get some bullshit back and forth because Jared thinks he’s too old for Tennant, not to mention the fact that Tennant isn’t out…to anyone, and that he’s a coach on his new hockey team. Honestly, they could have drug out the will they, won’t they thing a little longer for me instead of the route they went. Which was to make us think they just couldn’t fight their feelings, but Mads put some “slow’ policy in, so that instead of a will they, won’t they back and forth fraught with delicious tension, we get a whiny Tennant who is tired of them barely kissing and exchanging heated glances. I wish the anticipation had bubbled a little more. I’m all about the tension and when the dam finally breaks and our 2 main characters can’t keep their hands off each other. We do get a scene similar in fashion, but it starts with a frustrated Tennant stalking off to find Jared and accost him because he’s keyed up on Mountain Dew and tired of not getting to touch Mads.

We get a frottage scene and then Jared pumps the breaks again and tells Tenannt they won’t be having sex anytime soon. So then it goes another month of just heavy petting, stolen glances, and hot make out sessions, that we don’t get to actually see. We just get to hear Tennant bitch about them. Honestly, I wanted Jared to fuck him just so he would shut the hell up.

From there things progress a little faster. Tennant comes out to his parents, and then his brothers because Brady walks in on the two of them right after some hanky panky. Blah, blah, blah. The only drama, if you can even call it that, comes from Ryker’s (Jared’s son he had at a very young age…like teenage young) grandfather. He’s a douche nozzle, but other than him trying to control Ryker and Jared there’s not much else in the way of drama.

You get some fear from both men about what will happen if anyone finds out they’re together, but even that dissipates into a pile of nothing when they do get outed to the team and no one gives a fuck.

Okay, so this book wasn’t great, it wasn’t ridiculous terribly, but it wasn’t great…I don’t even know if I would call it good. It was passable…once I got passed the shit in chapter 3 that made me feel like I had been had. I’m not gonna lie and tell you that the first 2 chapters were literary masterpieces, because they so weren’t, but when I hit chapter 3 it was almost like I was reading a different book. The entire interaction between Tennant and his goalie, Stan, was odd and disjointed. Literally felt like I was reading a foreign language. It was so bad, I put the book down and had to take a break from reading the damn thing, like a 2 day break before I could pick it back up again and finish reading it. I probably would not have if I hadn’t already named it the book for this week.

There were things added to this book, I’m assuming to pad the pages, that seemed very strange to me. The whole Pokemon thing…I mean I get that right now Pokemon are all the rage, but I really just didn’t understand why it was important that Tennant had started a team or whatever with his fellow hockey players. I didn’t buy a damn book about hot, rugged, hot, (yes I’m aware I said hot twice, sue me…I find hockey to be very sexy) hockey players to read about them playing Pokemon.

This book was heavy on the cheese. “Why don’t we just see where our passion takes us?” Direct quote, I shit you not, that made me laugh out loud because it was so over the top cheesy I nearly got constipation from reading. Sooooooooo many more cheesy lines that if I tried to go back and find more I’d end up writing an entire book about this book.

The only other thing I wasn’t a fan of was the hockey cliches that were portrayed in this book. I’ve read a few different hockey player books at this point (like I mentioned earlier, I think hockey is hot) and while I am no freaking expert on the sport I have become a little better and noticing the cliches. Goalies are weird, check. D-Men have crazy tempers, check. Everyone is super macho, check. Everyone seems to be fueled by testosterone, check. It was just kind of over the top. For example, Brady, Tennant’s brother, is greeted at the door by his shirtless brother in Jared’s apartment and the first thing he does when Jared comes into the room is attack him. Ummm…now I don’t know how many of you have ever hung at a friends place over night, but the scene could have been super innocent. It’s not like they were locked in a lover’s (god I hate that word and this is yet another book that over uses it) or anything sinister. I just thought it was way OTT to have Brady come in swinging without asking questions.

If you’re looking for a cheese fest with limited steam (in my opinion) maybe this one is for you. I give this one 3 Hump Day stars, I’m being a tad generous here, but that’s only because the cheese made me laugh and I desperately needed a laugh this week. Not to mention that this was the book that broke my no book funk.

On to the next one! Trust with a Chaser by Annabeth Albert is up next.

Trust with a Chaser (Rainbow Cove Book 1) by [Albert, Annabeth]

One hot cop. One bar owner out for redemption. One smoking-hot summer fling destined to leave scorch marks…

Mason Hanks has returned to Rainbow Cove, Oregon with one goal in mind: turn the struggling coastal community into a thriving LGBTQ tourism destination. Step one is transforming an old bar and grill into a gay-friendly eatery. Step two? Don’t piss off Nash Flint, the very hot, very stern chief of police who’s not so sure he’s on board with Mason’s big plans.

Nash Flint just wants to keep his community safe and enjoy the occasional burger in peace. He’s not big on change nor is he a fan of Mason’s troublemaking family, especially his rowdy older brothers. But Mason slowly wins him over with fantastic cooking and the sort of friendship Nash has been starving for.

When their unlikely friendship takes a turn for the sexy, both men try to steer clear of trouble. Nash believes he’s too set in his ways for Mason, and Mason worries that his family’s reputation will ruin any future with Nash. Burning up the sheets in secret is a surefire way to crash and burn, and discovery forces a heart-wrenching decision—is love worth the risk of losing everything?

Good Gravy

Hello wild ones! Well I messed up kids, messed up bad. I didn’t post on Friday and I didn’t realize it until last night! My internal clock is all sorts of screwed up.

In my defense, Friday was a crazy night. My sister and I had plans to pick up a captains bed we were buying for our brother, those plans morphed into an impromptu shopping trip with said brother at Target. My sister and I should not be allowed in Target together, we spent waaaay too much time there and waaaaaaaaaay too much money.

The trip took a turn when we headed to dinner only to realize that Dani had lost her wallet. We spent an hour searching for it, cursing humanity because why do people have to be so freaking shitty? After an hour, some tears, mounting frustration and a few phone calls the search was called off and we headed to comfort ourselves with some delicious food. Apparently the universe heard our call and decided to show us that not all humans are garbage, a woman had found her wallet and contacted her through Facebook! She was even nice enough to bring it to where we were. How great is that?! So while the night had taken a turn for the worse it ended on a good note…except for the fact that in all the drama I forgot to post on my blog.

Ugh, anyway, so I suck, the world doesn’t suck that bad, but I do. Okay, so then the weekend rolled through and screwed me up further. I didn’t even get my planner layout finished for this week. I feel like I didn’t get anything done this weekend at all. My mom has kind of unofficially already moved in, so we spent the weekend cleaning. She cleaned during the day while I slept and I cleaned and organized (because organization is not her strong suit) over night. The only thing I have to show for this weekend is that my garage is significantly cleaner than it was before. I started reorganizing and cleaning out my craft stash Saturday night, which is how we got started on the cleaning kick. My craft stash was looking good yesterday, but then mom started stacking stuff on my little stations that still need to be organized, so there is still more to do. It’s like the never ending mess.

I’m going to work on my planner layout as soon as I get this posted, so I should still have pictures up on Instagram before midnight, but as of right now I don’t have planner photos to show you. Sorry. Again, I suck.

As far as goals go…bleh, I’m just gonna try to suck less. I want to get my kitchen cleaned up and organized. I need to get my laundry table project done. My bedroom needs some some work, but all of that is gonna kind of take the back burner because my little baby is moving this weekend!!!!

My brother is moving on Friday, so I’ve got to help him get all packed up this week. Friday I’ll be helping him move into his new place, though of course I had to talk him into letting me because he thought maybe a 20 year old dude moving in with his sister’s help would be lame. I nearly cried. After a little pouting, some heavy guilt, and a few stray tears he relented that I could help. I’m not 100% sure I’m gonna make it through the entire thing without breaking down into an emotional mess.

Because I’ll be up in San Marcos helping him move I’ve made plans to have dinner with Brittny, so that should be fun. Hopefully that little nugget of info will keep me from becoming a huge mess…probably not, but a girl can hope.

Alright kids, I’m gonna get to work on my planner because there are a few other things I wanna get done tonight.

Make sure you’re following me on Instagram, so you can see the planner pictures once they’re done. Check out my Goodreads profile to see what I’m reading this week. Also, if you’ve got snapchat find me @crazydame90 to check out my crazy antics.

Night!

Until later, stay wonderfully wild!
